Training Alone Versus Using A Training Partner

If you’re looking for a special place to purchase a piece of a property situated right on the beach or at least located close to a beach, and you’re looking for a place in North Carolina, then you’re in luck! North Carolina is one of the most popular places to live these days, and why wouldn’t it be? Beautiful beaches, incredible sunsets and awesome weather year round! I have always had a certain affinity for North Carolina, in fact its considered my second home and with good reason! As of late the real estate market has been pretty high, but very recently the price started to drop drastically making it a prime time to buy real estate. Some good places to look at are Southport, Oak Island, Caswell Beach and Boiling Spring Lakes. The prices I’ve seen thus far for the properties located in these places have been very fair. A lot of these homes look like something Bill Gates would own, but they are still something that the regular or above regular person could buy. This is great news for you! Here are a few houses in the cities aforementioned along with price samples just so you can see what I’m jabbering on about! Southport - Great price on Indigo Village Townhome. Lots of recent upgrades. New bathroom vanities and floors. New pergo floors in kitchen, also new granite countertops and newly painted. Master bedroom has two walk-in closets. Community has pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and marina. 3 bedroom 2 bath for around $240k! Oak Island - Great Beach Getaway With Ocean Views, Outside Shower, Furnishings, Many Recent Improvements sod/Irrigation, Screened Porch And So Much More. 4 bedroom 3 bath for about $679. This is a really nice beach house! Caswell Beach - Don’t miss this
kitchen with CaesarStone countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. This home has so much more-cathedral ceilings; crown molding; hardwood, carpet, and ceramic tile floors; screened porch; large multi-level deck shaded by beautiful live oaks-there are too many features to list. Located in the Arboretum, overlooking the 2nd hole & 3rd tee of the Oak Island Golf course. 3 bedrooms 2 baths at around $470k. Boiling Spring Lakes - a short drive to the beach and all area amenities, yet live in privacy on a two acre peninsula surrounded by the big lake. Impeccably maintained home, beautifully appointed with water views from every direction. $900k for a 3 bedroom 3 bath property. Of course that’s just a few of the hundreds of thousands of places for sale in North Carolina, but just so you get an idea of the variety in pricing as well as statics. Homes aren’t the only thing for sale obviously, you can also take a look at apartments and condos as well. A few months ago I bought a home in Corolla after visiting there with a friend, I just loved it so much I wanted to stay! The home I bought was 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, private swimming pool and the home is located on the beach, its utterly amazing and even though the price was in the 700s my payments are only about $2k per month, of course I put down a little over 200k but still it was right in my price range and uh, it’s on the beach! Really if you do enough research and really look around, chances are you will find something in North Carolina that you absolutely fall for but has an affordable price you can work with. North Carolina really is a beautiful place to live, check it out the next time your searching around online so you can see what I mean
